A while back I started going to a public health class for back exercises. I am in my 30s. I was the youngest by a big margin. I was so intimidated, because everybody there (who had been doing this class for years) had so much more stamina and flexibility. There was one couple in their 80s, who just "obliterated" the class. They were pretty flexible and had endurance. Nobody but myself made me feel bad... And then i found out, that they've been competitive dancers for more than 20 years. They started late, because they never made time next to work. And now they dance on international competitions. I admire them so much. Every body is different - so for some this really might lead to broken hips. And at least twice they showed up with bandages... but still, i admire them so much.

The Nth Term the other 200 are poeple who know this is the most basic footwork of a hundred year old dance some how becoming the "new" thing with a new name, of our eras "talented" dancers. Even the music is predominantly samples of 100 year old music with different bass and drums; it's the "I don't feel like learning theory and actually composing music" genre. Techno with swing. Caravan Palace is cool though, all original.
