I like how the mouth is Ludwig’s shoulder jaw, and Rykard’s face is a winter lantern’s grab. At least that’s what I think those things are, excellent creativity

You don't really need a lot of coding, depending on what you want to do, you need none. Not to underplay the mod creator, but to free you of your misconceptions: this is reasonably easy, you're mostly just swapping and mashing togheter things. The boss for example is a simple remodel, which means you just take a different model of your choosing (you can take it from other games, the internet, or do it yourself) and asign it to the boss skeleton in blender (or any 3D software of your choosing), pretty easy in general. To change it's name for example you just find where it's name is and change it to whatever you want. You can change the atmosphere by tweking values. You can change the interface by just swaping PNGs in the game files. The music is the only thing I've never done myself so can't say from experince but I believe it would again just swaping files or something similar. The point is you can do a lot from just common sense, no need for coding. Coding will help you with more elaborate stuff, like events and scripts, and if there were no one else developing tools like mod engine, map studio and anim studio then sure you would need to code to change the game, but other people already developed all of theese tools and many others for you. I feel like all these comment problem would be solve if the mod actually not inspire by Bloodborne but more like "Mod that make Elder Ring more horror-like + Bloodborne stuff" instead. I like it though Need more open world that give horror vibe

Evil within 2 is an open world horror, didnt play just saw my gf playing it. Looked good
