Now THIS is an interview!!! I loved how you got into the intricacies of how she started because I think a lot of interviewers glaze over this and it’s so refreshing to hear about MOQs, dip in sales, looking for hero products, hiring your first employee, managing 35 people, using other skills to get enough funding for your first stock. This is literally the playbook that is missing in so many successful founder interviews. You and Aimee really went in deep and I love it!! As a person running her own fitness brand in South Africa I really needed to hear that I’m not alone and that everyone navigates this. Thank you so so much Grace!

I think the same for design in her dresses is apparent in her logos! An eye design is an eye for design, no matter the method that’s used 👏

I was so stuck on where to get money to get my samples and go out and have fun with my life so that I can get back to work, but listening to Aimee doing everything she could just to rais her capital made me do the same, I just wish you all the best in life, because NO WAY I'M GETTING BACK TO A JOB, IT'S LITERALLY A HUGE SUFFERING FOR ME

The clothes are wonderful, I wore the pearl dress as my wedding dress, but I can hand on heart say that OddMuse had the worse customer service I have ever dealt with from a company! I think she should spend some time with that department, it isn’t just myself that has had this type of issue!

I bought the white cap sleeve dress in the first drop and I've made the money back on By Rotation, it's THAT popular. Fair play to her, massive props for going with her gut. I'm planning on a small business and the nerves are so real. This has been a really helpful video.

Love how much Aimee talked about creativity, allowing space, it comes in waves and you just have to ride it. So true, and not something that is talked about enough as founders!! At the end of the day the brand is here because you created it, so you need to allow that time moving forward to continue to create and elevate 🖤🖤🖤🖤💫💫 Odd Muse is my work wardrobe so thank youuuuuu girl 🖤🖤💫💫

Hi Grace! I am a third year bio student at Pembroke college, Ox! I recently had to super randomly rusticate because I hurt my back through sport (gymnastics) and it meant I could sit/stand to study. I’m getting better now thankfully but I have some extra time on my hands whilst I spend the weeks rehabbing/doing physio. I’ve always been interested in the idea of starting my own business one day, so I’ve been spending more time reading about that etc. I thought it might be worth reaching out as I was just wondering if you would possibly be up for a super quick zoom chat about your whole experience starting a business whilst at uni? Also I know you’re so busy because I follow your ig stories!! But yeah I just wanted to ask as you seem like the perfect inspirational person to speak to. At the moment my physio/rehab journey/hours I’m spending at the gym to rehabilitate me back to university and to my sport is kind of fuelling my passion to use the opportunity to come up with a business idea maybe to do with gym wear adapted for injured athletes etc ❤. Thank you!!

I'm sat here with a sports degree working in marketing in the electronic music industry so maybe Grace can tell me a few things with her degree and put it to some use as my degree does fuck all for me. I'll trade her some sports knowledge she can use to impress her fiance during the Euros.
