Praying for you all..especially Lincoln and Penelope’s health needs. We’ve dealt with Epilepsy for 20 yrs with my son...keep a journal for documenting what is going on or diet when Lincoln’s seizures happen. We were able to find my sons triggers so with his meds he is well controlled now. I hope you find the perfect house that you can make into your own loving home. You both look amazing..great job on the weight loss, Stephen.

My 16-year-old daughter also has epilepsy with the same symptoms as Lincoln. Today she is free of medication and can even feel when she gets a minor attack. She was diagnosed as 3 years old. She got minor seizures and after them she became very tired. Hope so much for Lincoln that he will grow up and be free from seizures. 🙏🙏🙏

@@bonesonstones1 Thank you. 😉 Her seizures in the past was up to 2-4 times a day. Now is 1 - 2 times a month. The medication she got from her doctor was good but it had lots of negative symptoms. She became angry and sad. Homeschooling isn't an option here in Denmark and the public school didn't know how to help her. It was always 2 steps forward and 7 steps back every day.

I am so glad Penelope is finally able to get her surgery soon! I was also born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate (Also adopted from Russia :) ) and completely understand what she is going through! People don't realize how much goes into cleft lip and palates between the dental work and all the surgeries! I had to go through almost 7 years of braces and dental work to get my teeth and palate up to condition in order to work on my palate more. You guys are absolutely wonderful people and hope nothing but the best for your family :)

You should totally build!! We did & it was the best decision! We have a larger family, too (12+ people 😉), a special needs child (who, at the time, struggled with stairs), & we run a catering business out of our home. Good luck finding a home on 1 floor that's large enough for our family, let alone a space that's good for a commercial kitchen! So we started building November 2016 & moved in June 2017. Keep in mind we built 80% of it ourselves, using every waking moment we could. If you have the ability to hire a crew, it'll get done faster. Seriously, if you can afford it, DO IT!! You can easily draw up a floor plan that works the best for your family. You'll never regret it!

Building a house is something that we are seriously considering for our family. We need a 5 bedroom home, and we are really crowded in a 3 bedroom rental, but for the next year it’s doable; after that however, our family is going going to grow by 3 people, and we need to be in a 5 bedroom house by then. When purchasing a house to be a home for years to come, I truly believe that it’s absolutely worth it to wait longer, but get the dream house instead of settling 😉

I'm so thrilled for y'all about getting a house of your own. Put the money into renovations rather than build. With 7 kids and all that you've got on your plate, the stress of a build would probably be too much. I had 1 child at the time and it was stressful and long! Liam is turning 11????? He does not look that old. Happy birthday to he and Keira! Lincoln is showing each day what a strong warrior he is, and I believe God has great plans for him. Lincoln is looking so good. My niece Gemma is also from China she has a cleft lip and pallete. Hers once not closed or operated on at all until my sister adopted her. She is 13 and has had many surgeries. Good luck to Penelope.
