I was just diagnosed with depression and thanks to you I've understood that it's normal, that I'm not the only one that is suffering with it, that I'll be fine, and that I am loved. One thing I love about her channel is that she doesn't base it around mouth sounds, she wants it to also have a more meaningful of ASMR. Like a lot of people, aggressive, mouth sounds, tapping, visuals. She has all of it in one but it's such of a better meaning. It seems so much like the meaning, and I always enjoy it. JESSICA... I’m with you. I’m so proud of you. You should be so PROUD of yourself. Mustering up everything that’s been brewing so painfully inside of you and suddenly hitting a breaking point and having to express all you’ve done to suppress or just “deal” with it.... takes a lot. This is a BIG moment. Healing and help is hopefully on the way. I hope they’re holding that space and delicate information with compassion and safety. Drained is normal in this situation... but it won’t always feel like the pain or suffering is trying to seep outside of us. There will be brighter and LIGHTER days ahead. It’s a space I’m holding for you today. We’ll all get through this. We’ve been through SO MUCH this last year alone... you deserve help. We all need it. Thinking of you.
