Grace i read your description box and take all the time you need, i went for help about 3-4 years ago and it really helped me a lot to get to where i am now, i went away for a few weeks cause i struggle with my anxiety and depression and it was a great for my mental health, i started doing counseling about 6 months because i still struggled a bit and now i feel better than i ever have so please theres no need to explain yourself, we understand, your well-being/mental health comes first
