I'm totally with you, girl! Personally, I don't understand why some people would want to own every book they've read even if they didn't like it.. cause I know there are some people here on booktube. I'd much rather save the shelf space for books I care about and books I'm excited to read.

I feel your pain of giving away books from your collection (and that guilty feeling of defeat when they have been gathering dust, and unread). But I think it's great that you did, and I hope it will inspire others to do the same. Stories are meant to be told, again and again, and being able to have that story in a physical format is a privilege. Take care if your books, donate them or give them away if you won't be picking them up any time soon, buy used books, go to your local library, so these stories will keep on being told and never die.

I actually love unhauls! I think it's great that you aren't holding on to the books you didn't care for, and I wish I had the strength to get rid of a lot of my books that I have no clue when I'll ever get to them lol. Also, it gives me the warm and fuzzies thinking about someone finding an amazing book because you donated it! P.S. Love the new haircut!

I loved Bone Gap, it really took me by surprise. I'd say you're nit missing out on the iron trial. I'm currently reading Unspoken and enjoying it, so far either a 3 or 4 star read. I love the feeling of unhauling!

I totally get how having too big of a TBR can just put you off reading! I'm exactly the same. Trouble is a Friend of Mine is a book I'm pretty certain I'm going to unhaul. I read it a few years ago and definitely wouldn't recommend it, so I don't think you're missing out on too much by giving it away. I hope you've been doing well.

I liked Talon better than the Iron Fey series but neither of the two really blew me away. The Beast Within is okay, it is better than the first book book (Fairest of All). I love the covers though

I did read the book of "The Beast" like 4 years ago and for me at the time was a good book, buuuut i live in México so i read it on spanish and the translation was so bad so that's why i didn't enjoy it as much as i would've expect it. And i also hated that he was friends with Gaston.

I used to think people who unhauled so many books were insane but I don't really care anymore. Don't keep books that aren't bringing you joy to see in your room. (like if you loved them or if you're super excited to read them in the future, I'd say. Or if the book is really pretty edition, like a classic. lol.) The only book/series I would cringe if someone gave it away would be Harry Potter. haha.

I did like the iron trials, it's middle school fiction, very Harry Potter but definitely more interesting for a younger audience I think. Maybe you can read it to your niece and nephew in a few years?

Oh my God ! Don't get rid of iron Trail! I Love this book! Many people compare it to Harry Potter and Thats so Well deserved. I mean it's by cassie clare and Holly Black ? How could you not Love it. Gracie i'm quite serious now. Don't. Give. It. Away. If you ever get in the "uh-i-want-to-read-something-like-Harry-Potter-but-with-Draco-as-protagonist" than grab the Book immediately!
