great video bruv, great technique and way of teaching it. just out of curiosity though, why have you been a 3-4 stripe purple belt for all these years now. with all this training you oughtta be at least 3 stripe brown belt bruv. anyway, love the videos.

Thanks. Most of what we practice is from Gracie University, my experience from Ann Arbor Mixed Martial Arts (now A2 Jiu-Jitsu) and various other instructors through the years. I give credit and thanks to them as well. As for the rank, it is what it is! I just continue training, flowing with the go!
