Yay! Another cruise! Something that I like to do is get a chair out on the deck and spend some time looking out at the ocean. A good way to see whale and dolphins. It just takes time to spot them sometimes. Have fun!

So surprised you haven't done Alaska! I feel like Alaska is a super common 1st cruise for so many people! I absolutely loved Skagway and Ketchikan and we did river rafting like you plan to! You are going to have a blast! I've done Europe with norwegian but Alaska was AMAZING and so crazy different than other cruise locations

A windbreaker, a puffer and sweatshirts wouldn't be enough for little me I would need a Winter Coat for sure😆... I was on a cruise in New Zealand and the cruise went 'into' Milford Sounds and it was sooooooooo cold. AND I bet New Zealand cold is nothing compared to Alaskan cold. 💖

Watching you pack made me not feel bad for overpacking. My husband, our 15 year old daughter and myself just did an 11 day vacation. Three days in WDW, a 7 night Disney cruise and then another night to visit Kennedy. I took 7 suitcases. Yes seven.

I’m just like you when it comes to packing for a trip 😂. I literally packed the majority of my stuff the day before I flew out to Ft Lauderdale for my Panama Canal cruise last month. I’d love to cruise to Alaska sometime in the future. I’ll probably sail with Princess and do the cruise tour. However, in all honesty, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian have more things to do (and offer way more) on board than Princess Cruises. Cruising is so much fun! Also, we had a 6am flight going out Fort Lauderdale for our Panama Canal and I barely got any sleep like maybe an hour 😂

With all the traveling that you do, I’m surprised you don’t have a general packing list on your computer…… and then you can add in destinations, specific outfits, or how many of each outfit, depending on the length of the cruise🤷🏻‍♀️

There is nothing wrong with over packing. I know there are hundreds of people that try to make others feel bad just because they like to pack what they want. They seem to think they are superior lol I pack what I want and I check a case. I don’t apologise for that if these people want to wear the same clothes just so they can make a video saying hey I packed a carry on only for 6 months holiday then good for them but I like to dress nice lol so don’t apologise for over packing you go for it .
