I mean, such as when you are really dragging, or have an extremely long day, Celsius is fine, but I can agree that drinking anything for years and years, every single day, isn't that great of an idea. It's good to give your body a break and allowing yourself to get that break from it. I'm doing that now as well, trying to give my body the break from what I need to get away from, and Celsius is what I'm going towards instead. So it's how I run things myself. I can't drink coffee too long though, that's the only one I can't drink often, my stomach would not thank me at all.

I'm not Gracie, but I would definitely recommend ACOTAR!! There is a lot more spice as the series goes on, but there's so much more to the story, and it's not really a focus point in the book.
