These videos are so incredibly helpful and insightful. Thank you so much for making these and please don't stop (if you haven't already covered all the muscles). I'm going to be able to use these video to identify issues and talk to my PT guy about some possible muscles to target. This was one of them he mentioned last time.

The pain in this muscle is extreme (after sitting for long time). Very difficult to stretch, because of pain. Thank you for this video!

I’ve been disabled 21 years because of snapping hip syndrome caused by this muscle I believe. I’ve had at least 30 MRIs and X-rays, PT which makes pain and swelling worse, injections to no avail. Sitting and laying is unbearable I haven’t slept in 21 years it’s slowly killing me. I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with this muscle or one near by or the proximal hamstring. Drs are so low skilled it’s near impossible to get a diagnosis for the rarer or harder to diagnose things. 😔🙏🏼

@@boundariessetinstone5893 Don't give up, try to roll those musculs, massage them and stretch them as possible. Sleep in an electric blanket-it really helps. Find trigger poins-they could be in different place than pain, but trigger point glue facia and musculs are not gliding. I found this from doctors and sportsmen on youtube-not from doctors. Check Got ROM channel. This guy gives really good special exercises to fix many groups of musculs. 🙏

hurt myself stretching for a run and my leg and foot have gone numb. I have a doctors appt tomorrow to describe what and where I am feeling and your animation made it so perfectly clear - including the movement that led up to it. SUPER helpful, much appreciation.

It’s beautiful! And shows the anatomy very clearly. The adduction description part can be misleading tho.... since the majority of the position of the legs are in abduction ....

Love the way You create your videos. So "graceful" the movements stay in My mind and makes it so easy to remember where the muscles are. Background everything is great. Congratulations again !. Like a child, before learning to write and read learns first to talk. All comes in steps.and then boom!grasp it all! With your videos the image of the graceful movements stays!!! Thats awesome.

Dear anatomy lab, since you show only one muscle at a time its confusing. If you can please make a playlist for each movement (eg flexion of the thigh ), then include all the muscles that support that movement and the muscles that oppose (stretching muscles) then it would be clearer I think. and more useful. (for yoga for example) Thanks for providing the animations.

I’m disabled because of this muscle I believe it snaps and thunks there 21 years. I’m 43 and been going to drs since 21 for help for severe pain, tightness and snapping. The pain and tightness is in this muscle, proximal hamstring even into my knee and transverse head of foot. Injectjons don’t work and PT makes the pain and swelling 100 times worse. All drs about 100 of them later just brush me off cause MRIs don’t show issue. It’s sad drs rely solely on imagining to help ppl so many suffering cause if this. It stole all my dreams and life just been wasting away for 21 years. I don’t even know how I’ve survived this long like this it’s a crime the medical field has left me like this. And no stretching or PT helps it just make the pain/burning worse.

Thank You for taking the time to comment and Thinking about what is shown in the Video. it’s far from complete and back then i didn’t have a clear concept of what to show and the model had lots of limitations, due to my lack of knowledge regarding the Programm I m using,.. so yes you are definitely right,.. if you look through the other videos you will probably also find mistakes or missing pieces,.. it’s a process. but I m sure if you look for everything that is missing you will find out a lot for yourself! cheers from Austria and stay healthy,..
