GRACE! PSA (like so she can see this is important) DO NOT PUT HOT FOODS IN THE NUTRIBULLET ITS DANGEROUS. I did that once and the blade came flying out, because the pressure + heat causes expansion and the nutribullet acts as a vacuum. There's pictures of so many severe injuries where the bade has popped out while still spinning and has sliced through people's hands and necks. I luckily didn't get injured, just terrified now. Hot liquids need to be blended in a blender with a slightly ajar lid. Nutribullet now makes an attachment for blending hot liquids, because they do not recommend using the upside down blender for hot foods.

Black salt is great for tofu scramble! Just mix it with a bit of turmeric and use it to season crumbled up tofu that you fry up for a vegan scrambled egg type dish that's really good on toast. It's also really nice for vegan 'egg yolk' sauce (I use itdoesnttastelikechicken's recipe for 'vegan toast dipping sauce'). Totally fulfils my dippy egg cravings

I love black salt! One of my favourite things to do with it is put it in soda. My family, we often make this drink after dinner. It's made of lemon juice, sugar (ratio depending on your preference) and a tiny pinch of black salt. Mix these well, then add soda/carbonated/sparkling water to it and you've got a yummy drink to enjoy!

Thickened water is usually for elderly people or others with comorbidities who can’t swallow properly (dysphagia) with can result in aspiration pneumonia (infection in the lung from food or other things getting in the lungs usually from the inability to swallow properly). To thicken the water, it can come in that bottle or you can get a powder and you scoop a couple of spoons into the water (or other liquids like apple or orange juice) and stir it so it thickens up and there aren’t any clumps. So, usually in nursing homes you’ll see some elderly people eating puréed food, the water is usually the same or similar consistency. This is done to prevent aspiration pneumonia. That would be a interesting thing to try! A day of puréed food and thickened liquids!!! (I did something similar at the beginning of my nursing course hahaha)
