VASI G yes yes yes! I really want to bake biscuits and try to ice them aesthetically and satisfyingly I think the technique is called royal icing. Like pumpkins and autumn leaves!🎃🍁

Pineapple upside down cake is my faaaaaaavourite pudding to have with custard, everrrrr! When my work had a staff canteen, the ladies that worked in there were 70s/80s/90s ex school dinner ladies so they used to cook all the retro school recipes! So puddings included pineapple upside down cake, chocolate concrete, cornflake cake, chocolate sponge etc... loved having school dinners at work through my 20s, gutted when they closed it down.

Z Dil When I was suffering with that, there was no KZbin. I had to make do with reading 19th century* French literature (idk, maybe . . . misery loves company??). On the Great Canadian Bake Off they did a Battenberg cake that was 4 levels I think on the first season and they used fondant instead of marzipan. Might want to check it out.
