Vitamins- it depends how and what you take. It’s highly unlikely you’re getting everything you really need everyday. It is very common to be deficient in B12 which can impact us in so many ways. A sublingual B12 is a good way to get that. I like liquid vitamin D. Zink is another common mineral we are deficient in. Best bet is to have blood work done that will indicate what you’re low in, why it matters and the best way to get the amount you need each day.

Suggestion: only eating expired (but not bad ofc) food for a day! Could be from what you already have at home or from the shop (where I'm from, soon to be expire/expired food are sold at a reduced price, not sure if this is the case in the UK?). I think most people should get better at actually checking if the food is bad, not just looking at the date and thereby throwing away perfectly fine food. Expired does not mean bad, it's just a guarantee the producers have to put on their products. Love your content

Grace, the need for certain vitamins is real! B12 sublingual, Vitamin D, and magnesium are vitamins you need to take for varying reasons that have to do with body production or lack thereof, and absorption abilities. Things like extra Vit C you just pee out if you have enough, but not these others.

It's just the shape that's similar to donut. Its basically just a flat Peach and it only tastes of peach.
