It was so heart warming, one of the least talked about things is loneliness of older people that are widowed or don’t have family to support them. I really hope they bring that back again. Me and my fiance do a roast for two on a Sunday with chicken thighs, we don't have a timer on either of our ovens, so get it ready after church then go out for a walk whilst its cooking. All in one pan like this, then leave it to soak whilst we're eating! Super easy to cook and clean.
