Great video! I did roughly this intuitively, but now this will help me fine tune it even more. I usually use my 5in1 to turn it when it's sticking. Completely taking it apart and cleaning it once in a while gets them working like brand spanking new too.

Yeah, Quick question Guv, Wouldn't it be easier to bleed off all the pressure first to then adjust the clean shot valve, instead of wrenching it under pressure?

Not sure why people don’t just watch the Graco video. If you’re spraying over 800psi (that’s everything for me), just dial the Clean Shot as far as it will go. That’s ‘dialed in’. 🤷‍♂️

slightly yeah.. just keep checking fan pattern and keep it as low as you can't get it

Have you found any problems we have had.problem.where it's pour out of the join of the clean shot only used twice worked well first time 2nd time had paint pouring out of the join

No offense but that only reduces spitting when it's on an extension. That setup you are using is completely pointless

My thoughts exactly Tom,if anything using a cleanshot straight on a gun with no extension is pointless and creates problems.If your getting spits direct from the gun then check your needle is sitting correctly and use the cleanshot with your extensions.I have found closing the cleanshot fully and then a slight twist anti-clockwise gives you the sweet spot

Not really, I do cabinet refinishing and this thing solved my issues.
