Graco GH833 Demo

great video, I need to clean tar off, gas works best. could the machine spray gas without causing damage to itself?

+Ceasar Czar - The sprayer is chemically compatible with gas and it dissolves the tar, but doesn't seem right. Make sure you have the ground strap hooked up and you are grounding the bucket. I think diesel works good too and it's not as flammable (unless it's atomized).

⁠ they are fine for spraying acrylic roof coating- not silicone. The first 2 I bought had lots of issues. Graco finally replaced the hydraulic motors for free to make them right. I bet I have owned 9-10. If you want to spray silicone- the 933 is the best option that I’ve found.

How do you replace the o ring inside the tip?

The seat and seal simply push out of the guard and then push new ones back in. The actual tip itself doesn't have an o-ring inside of it.

Roger l the coatings are pretty thick , I wouldn’t think a small unit could push it

Brian Bulger Currently using one with a direct immersion kit and applying silicone. What did you personally not like about your 833? We are certainly having difficulty and I’m looking for other options.

Guessing y’all figured it out by now😂 but for silicone we use a 933.
