Graco Reactor Heated Hose

Is this hose an explosion proof atex unit. Is it certified for offshore ? Also is the heater element electric or liquid . Can it work with a regular spray gun and is the hose bundle available in 100ft ?

Christopher, Thank you for reaching out to us. I'll do my best to answer all of your questions. 1.) This specific hose is not an ATEX/explosion proof/Haz-Loc unit. We do offer other heated hoses that are ATEX certified. 2.) Which certification specifically would be needed? I can provide those if needed. You can reach us directly at 866-361-5959 option 2 to discuss. 3.) This specific "Reactor Heated Hose" is electric element. We do also produce water jacketed heated hose that is ATEX certified. 4.) Both the electric heated hose and water jacketed heated hose can be used with a regular spray gun and high pressure sprayer. The electric heated hose would require a stand alone power supply/controller in order to operate. The water jacketed heated hose would require a separate fluid heater and circulation pump setup. 5.) At this time, our hose bundles are not available in 100' lengths, as our longest length is 50'. The electric heated hose fittings are M x F in orientation, and can easily be combined to reach 100' or longer (typically 300' maximum + whip hose) Thanks!
