To all my global friends who claim this is too easy for them, I duff my imaginary hat to you! However this math follows the Canadian curriculum. Jensen is a wonderful communicator and a brilliant teacher. The reason for his effectiveness is that he teaches every level and every subject in mathematics in all grades ( G9-G12) and even first year university. Hence he has the full picture to set a student up for success. By all means if this is too simple for you, please visit his grade 11 and 12 or even first year university courses. Also he provides you with a full key answer sheet, on all courses, everyone else asks for a membership to access what he offers for free...Thank you Jansen is the only proper comment here. Also please give it a like so that more people can have access to a complete and free education.

Answer to 28-a is t=4.37 the t= -1.37 means that if the machine that projected the projectile was on the ground it would have taken the projectile to reach the height of 96 m, 1.37 s , and to 28-b is 132 m. Please note that as Jensen has taught us so thoroughly, we can always check on Desmos to see if our answers are correct. answer to 29 is A= x²+11x+12 . It is obtained by subtracting the area of the inner square from the big outer rectangle. Both areas are calculated by the product of the width by length. Hope it is helpful .

I beleive that your first answer to question 28 is wrong. You got the right x intercepts of 4.37 and -1.37 but we are looking for when it reaches the ground which is when h is set to 0. Therefore, the ball hits the ground at 4.37 seconds as -1.37 is inadmissable

for b it's 132 ft pretty sure cuz u do b/-2a from which u get 1.5 seconds and then u plug that back into the equation.
