When proving that the gradient is equal to -1, do we have to specifically choose points AB and AD or can we just change to the other points for example Mab x Mcd= -1

With the gradient do I juss choose any letter to make it point number 2 or 1?

Yes it doesn't really matter. However, if you choose Point A to be point 1, then the x-co-ordinate must be x1, and the y-co-ordinate must be y1. Point B will then be x2 and y2

When proving it's a square... Do we need to use all the methods used like proving it's a parallelogram... Sides meet at 90 and sides are equal... Do we need to prove for all of them or we dont

The first question of proving figure ABCD is a square When proving it's a parallelogram is it ok to only prove two sides have the same gradient or we should show that All the parallel sides.have the same gradient

To prove that it's a parallelogram, we need to prove that 2 pairs of opposite sides are parallel. So yes, those 2 opposite sides would need to have equal gradients..
