So sir, because friction is the oppsing force of motion, does it go down the slope because i took up the slope as positive and my answer is positive but friction is supposed to be the opposite direction of the applied force

Hi, for your freee body diagrams do they have to be drawn to scale? like for your angles on a slope etc.

I would ask your teacher - each school is a little different with what they expect :) In my experience - it usually does not matter.
