Hello Sir thank you for the lesson. I am really lost on that 56 months at the end how did you arrive to that? Because the loan is paid after 6 months shouldn’t we just subtract that 5 months from 60 months and arrive at 55 remaining month?

11:54 in this part our sir showed us we can use the , n= TOP - BOTTOM+1. Where top is the total period of months and bottom is the month you skip paying then the plus 1 is the gap sir nkosi is talking about.

Formula correction FV (-pmt)(1-(i÷12×100)^n)÷I PV (-pmt)((i÷12×100)^(-n)-1)÷I This is the correct format as per a financial calculator. This important at determines whether your result is negative or positive as a negative amount is your money.
