UIF is only supposed to be charged at 1% from the employee and 1% from the employer which we wouldn't count. We should only subtract 1% at the end of the monthly gross

Not paying tax on pension contributions is not exactly an incentive. It is deducted before tax because the taxpayer has not yet reached the retirement age where the pension will now be fully taxed. If it's taxed monthly or annually it means there'll be double tax

Now in this video you're saying we must subtract deductions after monthly tax.Which method must we actually use mam or are they both effective? Second question. Is the first video still useful?
