I've got a cousin with a decent size collection of baseball cards. What would you recommend if he was interested in selling his entire collection. This is to big of a collection to send in for grading. Factory sealed cases, sets etc. He has cards from the wax era all the way back to Bowman, I know it goes back to the 50's.

Ayy man I just started my own channel , and you were one of the ppl 2-3 years ago who got me into this and I finally pulled the trigger .. up to 61 subs after 5 days and counting … any advise would be greatly appreciated… I’d like to know how to make a video this way?? Is there a certain program I need ?? Any suggestions and advise would be greatly appreciated @GradedCardInvestor

@@TheRevertMuslim Congrats on the channel! I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the video and Adobe After Effects for the animation. If you want a free software to help with recording multiple screens get OBS. Adobe Audition works great for editing any audio. There are lots of free programs out there for beginners but if you want to take it to the next level I suggest learning as many Adobe programs as possible. I use Photoshop for the thumbnails and graphics too.

It actually started with the '84 set however the "Rated Rookie" was in a "pennant like" flag above the name. '85 they changed it to what is now the iconic version you pointed out. It's amazing it only took Donruss 3 years to produce a beautiful set (1981 compared to 1984).

@codyh91753 жыл бұрын
The regular ones aren't worth that much. The Tiffany are worth way more because they're less common and on a better cardstock.

@@phillysportsera1710 I know, so many really good players aren't worth much in standard Topps, which is a real shame. I like to think of Tiffany as the actual value of them rather than the bloated standard series.

Hey bud, I appreciate all the good info. You have helped me re-invigorate my collecting for sure. I was curious if PSA is even offering the member pricing right now, or is that on hold as well? Should I just hold up on the subscription?.. LMK if you get a sec. Thanks

PSA or BGS better? Do collectors prefer one over the other when purchasing? What ratings are more valuable? Which company is easier to deal with when getting cards rated? Prices to get cards rated?

Why do you only show the Tiffany...the average collector isn't gonna have them so it's basically useless to watch your videos
@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR3 жыл бұрын
Long story short, there's not much value in base Topps from junk wax era due to over printing. These lists are covering the highest selling recently sold. It's very unlikely a base Topps card will ever make this list unless it is autograph or an error card.
