Gracias por compartir, siempre es un placer ver tus videos..hice es cheesecake, queda muy rico de sabor pero no me termina de quedar bien El Paso de cuando agregó la gelatina a la mezcla de queso y crema, apenas la agrego empiezan a aparecer grumos y luego del tiempo en el refri se pueden ver pequeños trozos de gelatina. La segunda vez intenté poniendo un poco de la mezcla de queso en la gelatina y luego todo a la mezcla de queso disminuyeron los grumos pero igual quedaron unos poquitos...tienen algún consejo para este paso? Te lo agradecería montón! ☺️ y gracias denuevo por todas tus recetas

Hola Claudia, lo siento. Un consejo es que puede meter toda la mezcla (junto con la gelatina) en el microondas durante unos 10-15 segundos solo para soltarla y eliminar todos los grumos.❤️😊

Dear Ketoserts, I love your videos and your deserts are arts. I’m learning a lot from you. I just made this cake yesterday, but my cheese filling turned thicker right after I added the Knox gelatine. (It happened to my raspberry cake before as well). I tried hard for both cakes. I followed your measurements, and keep all ingredients room temperature. However I don’t know what was missing, though I searched online for tips. Can you please help me? The cakes still tasted good, however the top was not smooth because the fillings were thicker (not liquid) at the time when pouring into the cake pan. Thanks for your great support.♥️🌺

Hi Delia! You can simply pop the mixture in the micorwave for about 15-20 secs just to loosen it up a bit so you will not have a hard time when you pour it. ❤️ Hope it helps.🥰

the gelatin is used to help the mixture set up when the cake is refrigerated. It is added to the batter to help give the cake a little more body and hold together when sliced.I don’t think xanthan gum can do the same thing when added in cheesecakes.

You can successfully substitute sheet gelatin for powdered gelatin in any recipe by using the following scaling. 1 (0.25 oz.) envelope granulated gelatin = 1 tablespoon [(15 ml)] powdered gelatin = 3 sheets leaf gelatin. and so one sheet of leaf gelatin would correspond to ~1 teaspoon (5 ml) of powdered gelatin. You can bloom them in cold water, enough to submerge the whole sheet.

I am making this recipe. Could you check your recipe Erythritol weight vs volume? They don't seem to match to me. I am preparing the recipe with the weighed ingredients (which should make it sweeter than measured). I believe Erythritol (powdered) is usually 3-4 grams per teaspoon. What a artful recipe. Theresa Sweetstop sorry about that, I used fresh ones but a lot of people tried this recipe using frozen ones and it turned out perfect. Make sure to bloom your gelatine before addimg it to the mixture. Also refrigerate it for at least 6hrs or better yet overnight to set.

What kind of gelatin did you use? I used knox gelatin and it did not seem to incorporate as well. Should knox gelatin be bloomed the same way as in recipe? The part that I mixed with the almond milk, microwaved for 10sec, by the time I was done whipping cream it was a solid block. so I added some more almond milk and microwaved again. it never mixed in with the cream cheese mixture right though, was chunky. were my other ingredients to warm maybe? or do I need to use different gelatin

Hi Daniel! This recipe fits a 6 inch round pan. Yo have to adjust the recipe if using a larger pan to achieve the same height of my cake.

@@ketoserts Thank you. :) For the gelatine. If the powdered ones i have labelled as “bloomed” gelatine, meaning I don’t have to bloom them. Just add water to dissolve. Don’t wait till it solidify. Also does the finished cake needs to be put in freezer or the chiller below.

ketoserts Thank you so much for your reply. It’s my first time making cake with gelatine. I want to make it just like yours. Love your videos. I used a rond springform Pillsbury pan 9” by 2 3/4” in.

Aww.. that’s why. Your pan is way too big. I only used a 6x3 inch round pan in this recipe. You can double the recipe if you’re using a 9inch pan.

Because it's made from nothing but ground nuts, almond flour can be eaten raw and tastes quite good. You have the option to pre bake it or toast it before making it as a crust like what I did on my other cheesecake videos. It all goes down to your preference.
