Corrijanme si me equivoco, pero: 1. La escena extra se puede lograr en más de una ocasión (no sólo en el 2do nivel, sino en otros más). 2. El jefe final de hecho está de adorno, uno si no quiere no le dispara ni una sola vez, igual se va a morir 🤷‍♂️. Solo hay que esquivar las balas y ya.

My weapon choice will be spread bomb, formation options, twin laser, reduce for '?' power up, and shield recovery for '!' power up

How were you spreading out the orange balls and well as shooting bigger ammo?

1. Get all four options (orange balls) then get enough powerups to have a selected option on your upgrade bar. Then hold a power up button to spread options. 2. Choose E. Laser on a edit mode screen then activate it. And then you can hold a shot button to charge and then shoot bigger ammo.

How do you activate arcade mode? I have pressed numerous times as fast as possible and it won't work. When I beat hard mode it says press a 16/sec. How is that even possible?

Are you using an SNES controller? Use the front-round part or back-side of your fingernail. Slide it back and forth over the "A" button as fast as you can. Alternatively, you can also try pinching your fingers, middle finger nail to thumb nail, and slide it over the A button repeatedly as well.
