Whites set-up the destruction of their buildings too. Look at Twin Towers owner Larry Silverstein who made several billions off the death and destruction on 9/11. Him and his family "just happened" to not show up for work that day. There were also Israeli demolition experts that lived in those buildings who also "just happened" to not be in the Twins that day.

Don't get rid of the artwork on an unfinished blight of a building! If the building was in use then yes it would be more heinous.
