Also another advice for beginning new artists DO NOT GO OUT AND BOMB WHILE DRUNK/HIGH!!! That’s the quickest way to get caught is because when you’re going while drunk, you’re not aware of your surroundings and you start getting more over confident about each spot. You might tag at spot where you think wouldn’t be Karen’s but everyone is definitely a 100% Karen.

I went out drunk once, and I was pretty Damn drunk, I saw this freshly painted white tunnel in an area that a lot of people walk through, I decided to do a piece, walked out proud asf. Came back the next day, and jesus fucking christ that was rough, we talking highlights and shadows on the same side, Lines not straight at all etc

Got invited out to my first wall through my mate and ended up spending a couple of hours with Krank and Seiz KOC. Was a big deal for me cause when I was 10 my cousin passed away and Seiz did a tribute to him in his magazine Hype. That was 30 years ago the the 1st of September so to be painting on the same wall for my first time with guys who painted with my cousin just made it even better. So considering it's my first legit crack at doing a piece I done well and got some great tips from the boys. Great video as always brother!!!!

This is why i only do certain spots. Abandon buildings, freight trains, and sometimes highways. Youll almost never see my graff in the streets, and thats for four reasons. I don't want police checking any type of routes that i take, people who are new to graffiti are usually to scared or inexperienced to hit those spots so my graff won't usually get bombed over. And between Canada, the united states, and mexico there is over 2.5 million freight cars. And people usually have to go out of their way to hit abandoned buildings. So my pieces not only get seen more but the longevity is also there. And with those four simple boundaries i placed for myself ive never been caught. and its been really laxed and i can also take my time.

Stories like this are why I would rather paint alone than with anybody I don't fully trust. I remember telling countless new bombers that they consequences if they get caught are probably heavier than they realize and still most of them would always get cocky and careless and sure enough end up getting themselves and others caught. A few went on to achieve fame but it was always the ones you'd least expect lol.

Writing with other people is like the number 1 way to get caught up. That's how my brother got caught and that's how I got caught on a seperate occasion. I was painting this underpass along a bike path, with 2 other friends. I seen this security rolling up FAR away on a golf cart. It was on a bike path so it was a long straightaway which was WAY more then enough time to get away. I told them and started throwing paint in the bushes next to this creek. 1 friend kept painting and then all of a sudden this security pops up from around the corner. We make a run for it, and made it to this shopping center. My idea was to go into a large electronics store which would give us a couple hours to kill, but these dumbasses walk into this small mom and pop 99cents store and was only able to kill like 5 min without the worker awkwardly looking at these 3 sweaty teens. My homie says "man were good" and walks out the store, right into an undercover cop with his gun drawn. Luckily I threw all my paint but I kept my caps which I didn't know was illegal to have. They asked what did i paint but I told them I didn't paint shit, and it was a pit so they couldnt pin anything on me. They got caught with paint, caps, and told them what they painted. IDIOTS. Sitting in back of the police car and seen my older homie scribe tag across the whole police car glass lmao. Drove off and the lady cop left her black cop notebook on trunk and heard it slide off trunk when we turned onto freeway lmao.

11:02 the only reason why you got a lucky break is because the police were on patrol for someone more dangerous. This happened to me before but with some bottle rockets (in California 🙄) the cop saw me about light off a bottle rocket on July 6th and he stopped his car and shook his head “no” at me and I immediately turned off the lighter and told him “I’m sorry and I will definitely not do it again, we had extra fireworks since I got into a car crash on the day of and we were trying to use them.” Cop said, “it’s cool, just not the illegal ones.” And he waited for me and gf to walk back inside our house and then he drove off. Bro doesn’t have time to fill out two police reports in one night. BE GLAD YOU DIDNT EXPOSE YOUR INFORMATION because he would’ve came back for you the next day lol
