I used to Graffiti in there in the 80’s and it was way different, we cruised, met friends and girls, lots of freedom to have fun but it was banned and now it’s all organized and seems like it’s only a city media event with restrictions…and even promoted as location for American Graffiti movie, shot in Petaluma Ca because Modesto did not grant permission for filming….but glad it’s still going on
