I’ve grown several kinds of fruit trees but never dragon fruit. I think I’ll give dragon fruit a try, lots of YT videos on techniques. Where does one get a Thai Gold plant? I live in SCal.

Can you share me where you got your Thai gold coz I can’t find a place that sells the plant or cuttings.
@lorenbush88764 ай бұрын
It's a nice looking fruit, I'm glad it tastes good. I'm surprised it has a lemon flavor. The yellow dragon fruit I tried was just sweet which I think is great because I don't think I would like the lemon unless it were like an artificial lemon flavor without the sour or tartness , my guess is that the one I got here came from Mexico or maybe South America, I got it at the Box 10 Cost Plus store here.

I have been following you for several years. I have 5 potted towers with 4 vine on all 4 sides. 2 towers are 3 years old. I have learned a LOT from you. BUT, i cant get full sizes dragon fruit. Any ideas. They are in great shape, no skin problems. Can u mention your fertilizer care again. And how often. Thanks

Check out my video on getting super blooms. I go over some of the fertilizer routines I do. Also, what variety is your DF? That also determines size

Where do we find this dragon fruit
@Langhorstiness5 ай бұрын
Hey dragon fruit people - question I can't find an answer to online - I started a batch of new cuttings and all started to produce new branch spurs right on schedule. Same varieties, same soil, same watering, etc. Then one cutting just kind of went crazy only producing roots and the two little blisters for new branches it has both just basically stopped for 4 weeks. The other cuttings are doing roots and branches are now about 30-40mm long. The odd one is still growing roots but no branches. Is there a way to force branching? Should I "open" the new blisters that seem to be stuck? Advice much appreciated folks.
