Good story and how anyone can be a hero. Roy was low paid assistant and Mr. Jordan wanted to help him out as a way for saying “ Thank You” for taking a liking/interest in his son and helping MJ develop his basketball skills. Roy saying Mr. Jordan was a hero was deep, because usual people regard a “hero” as a famous person/athletic.

Difference between Jordan and Lebron was you didn't have to be afraid of coaching Jordan hard and had excellent coaches that could push him to his potential. If you tried that with Lebron, he would go to the owner and complain about the coach and attempt to get him fired. Team's have enabled Lebron's behavior of not playing any help defense, crying to the officials, not husting back on D, quitting on his teammates.

@@mattslev that’s what I was thinking. So Roy Williams explains one goal that Michael Jordan did not work hard enough to achieve-- being the greatest player in North Carolina team history. There is a separate Hall of Fame for NCAA basketball. His first year teammate James Worthy was inducted in its inaugural year. His three year teammate Sam Perkins got in about 10 years afterwards. Michael Jordan is still not in that Hall, although it has inducted more than 150 players over more than 15 years. So Jordan is not the greatest ever North Carolina player, and not even in the top 150+ of all time? Apparently, no he is not.
