I’ve been looking for recipes that tell me exactly how much water or broth to put in the box, because it says 3 quarts of water, and it seems like a lot to me?

The recipe calls for 3 cups of broth; not 3 quarts. When cooking orzo, abundant (3 quarts) water is recommended for best results but in this recipe all the liquid needs to cook into the pasta.

I don't want to cook the whole package.... I think I used too much water, I thought I cook it like regular pasta, drank the excess water when done.
