I can definitely relate. Mine always said, he wants to play all those racing games against me, once he finally retires. It never got to that. He died like 3 months before his retirement in Nov, 2008. :( My condolences BTW.

Armathyx I don't think so... In Europe (PAL VERSION) there was the intro with the song "My Favourite Game (Faithless Remix)"! I think it is the BEST intro! Just that particular song along with the intro, just pure awesomness... 👌 A lot of people think that as well! 👍 I know it's kinda crazy to say that, regarding where the game is from (Japan) but the JP version isn't the better one... weirdly...

It's the remix version (Faithless Remix) of ''My Favorite Game'' I think it fits so well to the intro! So well done! For me it's the best intro version! The US-version has the original ''My Favorite Game'' version! I mean don't get me wrong, the JP-version is still a masterpiece!! ;)

I'm like 12 again, my brother got me PS1 that I has to paid for on birthday. This is good as I have no way to play anyway. Console is chip moded. Half translated GT2 popped on the screen started from the Verbatim CD. Boy, I cry now like never before... This game teached how to control cars, one day that Sunday Car event corner cut will save my life. I have huge respect to GT2 and every time I hear Moon over the Castle, I cry.

A long time ago, a Pulsar admired the Cappuccino when it became a legend that is now known as the Gigachino. The Pulsar witnessed the Gigachino's ascension to the Ultrachino. The Ultrachino chose the Hachiroku as its successor to continue the Gran Turismo World League but it was defeated by the dreaded Impreza. The Impreza saw its comrades got defeated by the Ultrachino so it took matters on its own wheels. Unfortunately, the Ultrachino did not race so the Impreza took the next best car, the Hachiroku which the Ultrachino chose to be its successor. The Pulsar felt a great despair saw its idol's successor got defeated. The Ultrachino began its seach for its worthy successor and took revenge from the dreaded Impreza. The Pulsar, being there at the beginning and admired the Gigachino which is now the Ultrachino, volunteered to be its successor and win the Gran Turismo World League. The Pulsar trained hard for the World League not only to win, but to beat the GT-One and the R390. Having proven that it can beat both of them, with all of the racing data it gathered, the upgrades it received and the racing modifications, the Pulsar made its decision to become the Gran Turismo World Champion. This is the story of the legend that is the *GIGAPULSAR.*
