This brings me back. I remember seeing a 2.0 update for GT5 and was excited for it. Little did I know that there will be a brand new intro involved. This intro had my jaw to the floor to where every time I booted the game, I had to watch the intro! The update lived up to the hype and had me playing for hours on end. It’s 2024 and I’m Playing GT7 now, and I have to say, I’m still having fun till this day. I love cars, I love racing and and love gran Turismo ❤

50UL 0N D!SPLAY (Spec 2.0) was and still is my favorite Gran Turismo intro (Moon over the Castle in close 2nd). If the car sounds were not in the music, this is the kind of song you would like to hear in the background at the moment after being pummeled early on by your foe, barely able to stand on your two feet and at the brink of death, you suddenly managed to unlock a newfound power then begin to overwhelm that foe and beat him to absolute oblivion.

PD did a remake on this 5OUL ON D!SPLAY version for GT7 but the original Spec 2.0 version still sounds better. It sounds more vibrant, beats are louder and clearer. Also, the beats from 3:31 and 4:37 are non-existent in the remake. Would've been nice if it remains on the GT7 remake.
