@Rally Carrot ok you're right about FH5 sounds but i think it's not an equal comparison because FH5 recorded the sound of the cars and is like "cheating" because GT7 or any car game try to recreate the sound and considering this, GT7 has very good sounds So much people use FH5 to compare sounds and graphics but remember one thing: forza Horizon games are the same shit only with different map (i still dont see any big improvement on forza games, ok the graphics are awesome but where is the "upgrade"? FH5 looks like FH4 with a real sky) Gran turismo games and other games has to work on their games Please remember that because Forza has one of the most toxic community ever that thinks that FH4/FH5 are the best at everything; ok is a cool game but not for everything.

The Engine audio was always lagging behind everything else in this series, but with this game, that is no more. These guys listened to the complaints, they worked on it, and they've turned their weaknesses into strengths. Combined with the graphics and the physics, I think this game is potential fulfilled.

I’m so glad you’re using a shifter now. The engine sounds in both Sport and 7 stand out better if used with a clutch. The game always had a weird shifting sound for manual when using paddles. Funny thing to note is that the engine sounds in GT5 and 6 starts sounding okayish should you use a shifter as well. Really makes you wonder. Haha.

It really seems like GT now reached the level all the fans knew that it could get to. From the videos it seems to be amazing. I definitely need a ps5 now.. The cherry on top would be a Horizon type game from GT, set in Japan of course.

The GR86 was the fastest for me, but the Focus is the easiest to drive. The Audi's stock tune is too stiff and difficult to control. I've done a 3:09.3 with the GR86 but could not get below 3:15 with the Quattro.

I adore GT, spent countless hours playing it on my PS2, however I really think they need to step up when it comes to environment, better and more "open world" maps, better physics, damage collision options, more destruction, im not talking demolition derby crash but just more in depth and dynamic environment, sad to say that this looks exactly like GT2, with much better graphics, immovable or barely movable nature and surroundings really impact that immerse feeling, and i think once that is added, GT 7 or next one will truly become an ultimate driving experience.

When the corvette became airborne before the turn, it was very unrealistic. The physics of a car when it becomes airborne the nose of the car lifts by going straight and then pointing down. However, in gt7 the nose of the corvette pointed up and the back of the car was being pointed down as if the car behaving like a landing airplane. The physics got it completely wrong in this game, and that makes it unrealistic. Also, seen this type of jump from gt1. That means the game has no evolved in all angles.

you do realize downforce can affect this right, there's probably enough downforce to put the tail back and lift the nose up. A good example is the Porsche 911 GT1 incident in road Atlanta.
