Here's a classic example of how PD has wrecked GT7. This car is LITERALLY made for this race. Out of the dealer for 800pp. YET, get it in the race and rather than being able to just enjoy driving the car, not only do you have to choke the life out of the car on fuel map 6, you STILL have to short shift and lift to make it work. I get that, yes, you could run a 2 stop strategy and run fuel mix 1, but for the love of dog, could we credit the designers of the vehicle with giving it enough range to at least get into the WINDOW of running a single stop strategy.

Completely forgot this existed. Ijust treated myself to a 917K. With this you have to make 2 stopps in FM6 . Tyre wear is no problem though - even with racing softs.

@@Mattsretiring Don't know the laptimes, but not very fast ones. I just tried the new 917, but with different setup. Didn't have to change the tyres, but almost didn't make it to the end with one stopp. Had to lift&coast in the 2nd stint.

the 917 for me averages 1:41 a lap on full power and 45 on full save. its not fast which is weird for the amount of power it has but it does not have a ton of down force like my favorite the F1500T which can do constant 1:34's.

I'm a big fan of the Bugatti VGT Gr.1 car for doing this money grab. Fuel 6 for the first 9 laps and fuel 1 for the rest.

Bugatti Veyron on Tokyo Expressway 600. Minimal investment, fuel on 6, pass everyone before the first turn, and everything else like you already know. Wall grind and 2 min laps. Box one time on lap 6.

It's one of the criticisms that I have of the game is that the legendary cars and epic cars in the game don't have their own series. This car should've had a whole series dedicated to it online. I don't understand the game at all because they sent me more focused on races than they do nostalgia of the cars, because essentially it is a car collecting game. The cars are more focused on the actual tracks for me anyway, but it's disappointing that there isn't a dedicated race for many of the legendary vehicles but this is a beauty. I will try this later only thing I found with the Porsche build was it was very stiff and tendd to understeer a little bit.

You can still grind with the 787B. No wonder when the Neo-Classic event made these builds possible for 800pp races.

I stay with my audi vgt. 1 stop (on fuel 6) and a joy to drive. Even the 1 hour 800pp race is super a relaxed driving through the rain. For 800pp races with some corners its great but sadly it suffers a bit on top speed but thats fine for me

Two problems with almost EVERY moneymaker video: 1. You almost ALWAYS need to be at least at level 50 before you can make the modifications 2. Check the date of the video - if it is more than 3-4 weeks old, there is likely an "upgrade" that removed the car or the suggested modifications, brought to you by the FUN-KILLER BRIGADE of GTA, who, I can only imagine are trying their best to kill off as much joy as possible for the game. Idiots.

I think Tomahawk GR1 is still better I always use it and I always win u will beat Al. Shit way to grind.... Toyota GR010 Hybrid is the only way to go 1:36 laps and only one stop!!
