Genuine question:- How many races in the World Series have there been, do you think, where the winner has finished the race on the slowest tyre? I see people all the time waiting until the last lap to stick the Hards on, but does this ever actually work?

@@cerrobueno yes 100% has worked I had great result doing softer tyre 1st multiple times in GTWS, also got a great result in this car at one my weaker tracks after starting P13 managed top 5 with this strategy, it often can work if you get away from the battling but it all depends on how much chaos kicks off at the start.

@thekie25 OK cool, yeah, I guess getting lucky with the traffic is probably more of a factor than doing the tyres in a certain order.

you cant win race in the first round! risking all in topsplit isnt that smart i guess

@@mikebaron3434 that was slot 2 mate only way I get a result in that lobby was risking it, stated it was my mistake, everyone makes mistakes, it was a risk and didn’t pay off, I’m fairly sure everyone has made mistakes like this, didn’t once say it wasn’t my fault.

@@stephencarey7115 you do realise heavy damage was on, I was on lap 1 that stint had to be 17 laps, that’s 30 seconds we loose, physically impossible to get anywhere other than last, why would I plod around in last instead getting other stuff done so I can spend time with my family, fairly stupid comment this 👍

@@4zy24 just a hater that clearly doesn’t understand the situation, if I started softs would not be as bad but I started medium and would had to do 17 laps no slip loosing min 1 sec a lap because you can’t make that stint short as pit loss is far to high for extra pit, he clearly has zero understanding how bad that situation was for me, was better for me to finish early and have some family time which I really don’t see a issue with.

@@thekie25 I understand completely at least you technically completed the first race with 309pts i think it's not the points you wanted but it's something, if it was iRacing it would probably be a different case maybe haha

@@4zy24 yes but you loose them points mate but end the day I’ve pushed the channel in January with hardly any days off, I decided in that situation it allows me to spend some time with family as I can get the gym early and chill in the night, really don’t understand why that would be a issue, but my guess is this individual has never had anything positive to say on this channel.
