I might try to grind it i mean the trail mountain cup is easy and fast to grind with a tomahawk s soo i will start grinding and see if i can reach that number before is gone i mean i grinded 3mil for the sauber c9 soo 3.2mil more might not be a problem if i dont spend it

@@mohammadalfattal2902 yes and no. the AMG Mercedes #1 and #2 used the CLK GTR for the first rounds(Oschersleben and Silverstone) then switched to the CLK LM with the rebuilt/reworked Le Mans engine, converted to a flatplane crankshaft. but still, it NEVER ran with the crossplane crankshaft Le Mans engine variant in FIA GT, unlike Gran Turismo is showing here

The price is disgusting. Sauber C9 > 3M Mercedes CLK GTR > 6.25 M for a slower car I just spent over 6 hours this week grinding to buy the Miura, Porsche, SL and 288 GTO and now they want another 6+ hours of my time for ONE car?! What sucks is I feel obligated to grind for it since I already have the 911 GT1 and Sauber C9. I've played GT since the very beginning but I'm getting extremely tired of this extremely quickly. This is wrong and I shouldn't have to do the same lowball race over and over again for 6 hours to buy this. If anything I'm extremely angry they put this car in the rotation because they know most people won't be able to get it. More FOMO tactics at play yet again.. It would've been nice if something this iconic came up after they readjusted the payouts 100% and did the early April update but noooooo. Gotta milk the fanbase for every last penny while we can. It really angers me because I'm not spending a dime on MTX but I *really* wanted this CLK. 158 cars in my garage at level 50 currently and I've had to play for way longer than I should have to get 58 of those 100 cars. I'm so done dude. Everything in my life is already going terribly and then the ONE game that I've loved all my life to distract me from the IRL problems goes and gives me a full time job running around Sardegna Windmills just to buy cars I want. I'm so frustrated and depressed about the whole situation that I've come so close to just uninstalling the game so many times..

@@conjex3916 Everybody can have this car if they open up their wallets and pay the $60 for it. That's the problem. If there weren't any microtransactions in the game atleast everyone would be on an even playing field. An unfair one, but even one. The fact that theirs Microtransactions (or a stupid unreasonable grind) for in game currency though by very definition makes this game pay to win when none of the other GT's were like this. I have a bunch of rare expensive cars already but really wanted this one. It shouldn't be 6M when the Sauber was only 3M is what I'm upset about more than anything. And what's the point of cars "holding their value" when you can't sell cars anyway? Sure they're adding it but will probably only let you sell them for a fraction of what you paid just like previous GT games..

It should do. Mercedes were definitely aiming for the outright win with this car. 6.2 M? Are you kidding me? That doesn't make any sense at all considering the Sauber C9 was 3 M.. I'm so done with this game dude.. So so done. I just spent over 6 hours grinding this week to get the 300SL, Miura, Porsche and 288 GTO. Now they want 6 hours of my time for 1 car? OMG dude.. I loved this car in GT4 and want it pretty badly. I've been playing GT since the very beginning but I'm getting REALLY sick of this. Haven't decided if I'm going to grind for it or not yet. Anymore time on Sardegna Windmills and I might actually lose my mind.

Long time no see. Yeah, the in-game economy that was implemented was a smart way to deter players if there was one. If you still want to there should be a script on PSNProfiles that lets you grind the game while being AFK.

I'd have been using that script for the longest time now if I had a PC I could use.. :-; I have one I built but cant set it up currently because I'm still at the parents, they won't let me set it up on the floor and I don't have a desk for it at the moment. So I'm forced to do it the hard way.. To sum it all up I've been extremely depressed because nothing in my life is going to plan. @@Kidraver555 I agree with that sentiment when you first start playing the game. It's best to save your money and get the stuff you really want + take the free stuff the game gives you. The problem is that I dont have anything else to do. I've beat all the cafe missions, golded everything, gotten every prize car there is to get and hit max level. Once you beat the main campaign and gold everything the game really runs out of stuff to do in terms of progression. Sure I've been having some fun online every now and then but until they add more content *all I can really do* is try to improve my car collection. Unfortunately the smartest way you can go about that is to just buy stuff year 2000 or older out of the used and legendary cars dealer before they go "Sold out", because everything made 2001 or newer with the exception of a few invitation cars can be bought at anytime in Brand Central just like GT Sport so those cars aren't going anywhere. My biggest issue is when they put cars up like this with insane price tags that can only be obtained for a limited time. I wouldn't care near as much if you could buy them at anytime for that same price. Meaning if I don't grind for it or pay for it now I'm not going to get another chance to get that car for a *long time* which really irritates me. They know exactly what they're doing. It's a cheap Fear of missing out tactic that F2P games use to try and get you to spend real money.
