This one is tough. I finally got GT7 last week after years of playing GT6 on PS3. This was my first online time trial last night and I figured those guys with 1:19s were finding ways to cut the apexes. To my surprise the top times are super clean laps 🤯 Best I could manage was a 1:22 flat. I've got a lot of work to do.

Ive been watching your videos since GT Sport, years ago and i just recently got back into Sims and youre the reason why i got back and you know what, i just got my very first Rig i got the Fanatec ClubSport Racing Wheel F1 + a Table Clamp v2 + Clubsport Pedals V3 took me a while to configure the Pedals to my liking since i had to push waaay too strong I actualy beat my Old Controller Records lmao And now im enjoying Gran Turismo more than ever, i literally hated Drifting and Dirt races but with the Steering Wheel it is so much fun and i actualy Farm every Challeng to Gold now Im not even doin Online Races, i literally just grind the SInglerplayer aspect of the game ❤

I can tell you buying/owning all cars is one thing but equip then all racing cars with full racing tires set is another :)

You end up forgetting about lap times and figuring out and memorizing the car's limits of every corner.

I just figured out you can download ghosts from replays people shared 😮 it’s inconvenient and in a totally different part of the world map but it’s nice once you add it to your collection, no need to go back

Hey Ste, why do you keep restarting when you get an invalidated lap on the first lap? The first lap starts with cold tyres anyway, you should continue and just start the next lap with warm tyres.

Can someone explain why the ghost is always ahead everytime he starts a lap? Isn't that what's hindering him? Seems like he's at a disadvantage before he even gets to the first corner. I know you can improve on the exit of the last corner, but he's behind EVERY TIME.

I deliberately set it to start ahead so I can follow it. Is it hindering me? No. It definitely makes me quicker when used correctly.

@@KikuraKun I'm on controller and I get bronze pretty regular but silver and gold is just out of reach, I just can't get these cars to handle properly to set the times required, it is even woese since the new update and physics change.

Hi Steve, Hi Community, does anyone has some good settings for the DD Extreme, I'm running the DD Extreme with the McLaren GT3 V2 wheel, but since the recent update 1.50 it feels not good, and I'm struggeling to get my settings straight. I know FFB is personal preference as well as ingame, but the rest I don't get it right, tried settings from different sites an youtubers but their are not many arround for the DD Extreme since the 1.50 GT7 Patch. So if you steve or anyone from the comunnity has a tipp/idea I would appreciate it from the heart, thank all of you in advance. Right now it makes not fun in GT7🥲
