position lights... one red light = 1st place, two red lights = 2nd place, and three red lights = 3rd place - he overtook him, so he went 4th & the lights went off

Well, the Nissan's acceleration is still pretty impresive considering that it has a 5 speed gearbox (compared to modern LMPs that have 6, 7 or even 8 speeds in some cases)

Save up some money for it. Or, if you are young and don't have a job yet (student or smth), pick up something easy like courier service. You can work 3-4 hours a day if you are studying. Search for a used PS4 pro with games, it is usually cheaper. Also buying used games saves a lot of money.

realistically wise, the raw power was still far above the LMP cars these days (which is a lot of advantage) but the LMPs beat them in other aspects.

@@Holeecrab what? That isn't the case at all, modern LMPs are way more powerful, lighter, have superior aerodynamics and are all-wheel drive. Compared to Group C, they have ridiculous launch out of corners as well as very high cornering speeds. Go watch Kamui Kobayashi's record-beating lap at Le Mans and you'll see just how fast modern LMPs are.

@@Exilninja I'm 2 years late but I'd already seen that Kobayashi lap, and despite how impressive it was, he was also basically nerfed by the rules because he had to lift off the throttle at certain points due to allocation of the hybrid turbo or whatever. So he in theory could've been even FASTER on that lap if he weren't neutered by the regulations. Great driver and an all-time great lap :)
