This was a very interesting set of races. Watching the Peugeot 908 vs Audi R18 pretty much across the field was really cool, especially considering the 908 drivers got faster lap times, but only thanks to specific sectors. The Manufacturer race also went right down to the core. Latkovski is my favorite of these drivers, but Holland is really starting to get up there, almost winning both races. He was so far ahead in the Interlagos race that I thought he had it. Just unfortunate he didn't save enough fuel and was forced to use hards for 3 laps. I did not expect latkovski to win it, and I will admit I was wrong about that one. But man, those 2 fought until the final corner. Holland filled 25 liters in the span of 2.5 seconds, in other words 10 Liters per second. In a World Tour race, where the rule is always 3 liters per second, Holland would have needed to wait 8.3 seconds and still run on hards for 3 laps. In other words, he'd a 5.8 seconds handicap, meaning he'd be fighting Simmons for top 5, and most likely lose it since Simmons was running softs at the time. To summarize: Yes, I was wrong about Latkovski not winning the Interlagos race. Excellent driving on his part and I will not take anything away from him. He deserved that win through and through. As far as all the fuel talk goes, even though Holland came 2nd, I was correct. I said fuel saving matters less in the Top 16 Superstars than it does in the world tour, but I also clarified I never said fuel saving is not important, as proven by latkovski winning even with Holland losing only 2.5 seconds refueling a whole 25 liters. You can have a look at the numbers above. Fuel saving does matter less in these events than in world tours, proven by how Holland almost won depsite 3 laps on hards. there wasn't even 0.1 of a second differing 1st and 2nd.

Pity that a game with such great dynamics can get a penalty system so wrong, sorry Cody...(maybe I’m just sour because I lost 17000 DR points due to wrongful penalties this week) Maybe the high profile players should make their voices heard...

Hello, in the manu series i drove the 911 and i was stuck on hard for the qualif and the start of the race, can i know why. I wanted to do the start of the race in soft and the qualif if possible. Please help

In the quali screen go to driving options and then set your tyres to soft there

Make sure you change front then back. It wont let you change backs first in options

As already said, you can only change compounds in those events via the driving options menu, not in car settings

@@AOFforthewin thats not correct, on a server race you can change your tyres through either menu. Only in lobbies, when you are already entered, can you not change tyres through car settings.
