Do Racers have to use all three tyre compounds during the race?

In some races, there are tire requirements. There are also scenarios where there are races that have multiple compounds available but have no requirement whatsoever so you race on the softest tire given

Are you serious, you only focused on the top 5 for manufacturers, how is that entertaining, like there was good racing around the back but no they didn't show that.

Because they’re supposed to be representing that brand/manufacturer, as opposed to their own sim racing teams (or in some cases, Taylor Swift..)
