Granatelli Electronic Exhaust Cutout System on the 1962 Mercury Meteor. We wanted to wake up the Ford powered 1962 Mercury Meteor. We have long tube headers that lead to some mufflers but wanted to wake it up and hear the baby roar!

Thanks! For a little small V8 it sounds really rowdy in person. Its nice to sneak out of the garage quietly and not piss off the neighbors then get rowdy and loud!

Didn't Granatelli's campaign an Indycar team some years ago ? Maybe you will need an extra hanger on each side now to help support the cut span ? Wonder if it would help to make a little shield in front of the servo's off the front clamp as well, or if it would make them overheat ? Too many questions ? She sounds great in any event... great days to ya !

Did you wired the red wire straight to the battery ? and will it drain your battery if the car is turned off? Thanks

Red wire runs to a key power source and a ground. It only comes on when the key is in and turned on.
