God, Versusia is so massive and fast. Cataclysm doing 999 Chain? Good lord, even though that doesn't mean much, just knowing it's meant to obliterate you like that is funny. I want to know what her SSBA ending looks like on characters that aren't Gran/Djeeta, how much of a difference there is.

Don't forget about her meter less plus on block neutral skip that she gets just by having the opponent block a fireball. Her move set makes it feel like they're trying to make up for how bad vane was.

@@Bonjamin9726 Vane wasn't even the last DLC, it was Beatrix and she was cracked. Lucilius was solid and 2B released with a meter loop that got hit, even if some think it was a little overkill. You're just grieving for whatever reason while the devs likely do not care and probably think "oh, we released Vane a little too soft. also make sure Versusia is cool and strong to befit a boss, like Susano'o."

I am a Japanese player of the original browser game. I think it is actually “Reginleiv Recidive”　Proto Bahamut uses In the Battle demo movie act by staff, Verususia says "Reginleiv" in her Japanese voice

With Proto Bahamut it looks like he is spinning something while attacking you, then blasts you withh a supernova. While Versusia does something that looks like Sirius, and then does something similar with a Blast but from her hands.

@Yachigusa_Shiho_vt That "spinning slash" from Reginleiv Recidive was done by Bahamut first slashing at you, and something that looks like controlled air pressure continuing to slash at you. 🤔 Perhaps its just a combination of two moves. Between Sirius, and the same Reginleiv fireball Gran does. But you may be right regardless.

​@@chileshems88 his sword is not a projectile, it's a halfscreen strike. 6A was the projectile and it was a fullscreen hitscan move. They removed the latter and made it an assist only move. Sword meanwhile no longer wallbounces on counter hit and it costs meter to use.

Played her at Evo for a bit. When I tell you she is going to be a problem. Slow normals but damn near all of her stuff locksdown the opponent. She is going to be a menace when she has you in the corner (She has good corner carry too) and on your wakeup after a knockdown.

Her anti air (2H) doesn't cover an excessive amount and has a slow start up, so her DP becomes a more available option but if the oponent knows what they are doing they are likely to not attack to be able to guard it mid air if they are expecting it (hasn't happened excessively to me, but I'm playing low ranks, tho I'm also kinda bad with her still so I'm kinda 50/50 with winning and losing lol), that said her offense is solid, but since her hits are pretty slow it's really easy to punish her if she whiffs. I'd wait to see better players than me to judge if she's strong or balanced (definitely doesn't feel weak), but overall i feel she has clear strenghts and weaknesses so she seems balanced to me so far (her damage might get tweaked tho, if done right her combos have some insane damage potential).

The commentary style feels on point for the character. No extra flair, no extravagance. Just cold calculation and destruction. No emotion, no anger. There are things they could have referenced regarding her origin from story mode, but Versusia herself just... is almost robotic in certain ways
