This is a video of the replacement of Grand C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Spacetourer Wiper Refill Rubber.

Your wiper is not OEM. Oem (probably it is Valeo) has different rubber which can not be replaced. So the sizes belong to your specific wiper. But i can say that many of non-OEM has this 6-10mm size.
