Sir, thank you very much for video taping your hike and camping adventure into the Grand Canyon. It was in my opinion one of the very best videos on line of this subject. I am about to turn 58 in JULY and I am in need of a Hip Replacement. I regret very much not setting this goal 19 or 15 years ago. However I am optimistic that Next year GOD willing, he will allow me to see in person what you did. Thank you again so much for sharing your amazing views with all of us.

Went there in 2015. Unbelievable! The bath was covered in red mud after that hike. Funny how you remember the quirky bits. The climate there is desert dry. Lots of Native American history in the area also.

Superb video Richard, really enjoyed that. The Grand canyon is truly a special place & for you to be able to camp down there is amazing. I managed to visit once, years ago when I got a bus from PHX, my first view was from a helicopter. Everybody apart from the pilot gasped when we flew out over the edge, I’ll never forget that! Awesome video . I went there in 2009. we’d planned to do the bright angle trail but it was closed due to president Obama being there on a visit. Ended up doing the south Kaibab trail instead. Stay safe out there.😎🇬🇧
