Sir, thank you very much for video taping your hike and camping adventure into the Grand Canyon. It was in my opinion one of the very best videos on line of this subject. I am about to turn 58 in JULY and I am in need of a Hip Replacement. I regret very much not setting this goal 19 or 15 years ago. However I am optimistic that Next year GOD willing, he will allow me to see in person what you did. Thank you again so much for sharing your amazing views with all of us.

Went there in 2015. Unbelievable! The bath was covered in red mud after that hike. Funny how you remember the quirky bits. The climate there is desert dry. Lots of Native American history in the area also.

Thank you for taking us with you, Mr O… what a wonderful experience..! We also loved the music Sam composed to accompany your video - it was first class 😊. We’re not so sure about the ice cream sandwich though… it sounded like polystyrene 😂 (I understand they were given to astronauts to eat in space in the ‘70’s 😁x) D&S 👍🏻👍🏻

Good evening Richard, good to see you. We're a little late into this upload, but enjoying it. Another great travel post, well done. You make great use of your travel time, and we're grateful you share it. You used a yellow (shadow text?) title for a location after the rest room visit, we didn't find it very easy to read on our TV, FYI only.

Superb video Richard, really enjoyed that. The Grand canyon is truly a special place & for you to be able to camp down there is amazing. I managed to visit once, years ago when I got a bus from PHX, my first view was from a helicopter. Everybody apart from the pilot gasped when we flew out over the edge, I’ll never forget that! Big question is how do you top that for a trip?😃 Cheers John B 😎
