If you know how to read music properly and play an instrument properly, then you can just do it any time, on spot with little to no practice, just like reading a book.

@@Organintetnational Not true. For some, yes. For many of us, no. I'm a conservatory trained organist, can read music since before I could English, I think. I have to practice my butt off, for many, many hours before it all comes together. And I know many musicians, on all types of instruments, like this. There are prodigies out there of course, who can play byhear, sight read almost anything, but they are the exception, not the norm. That begin said, Mr. Scott here is an exception!

The loft looks incredibly loud. Including out of appreciation for your work, it would be so calming to see you both protect your hearing more often! It would NOT detract from the visuals.
