Lee is an absolutely shit character in this game, FightingGM making this far with perhaps the worst character in game is quite commendable.

I hate to know the result of the match just by seeing how long the video is and which character is being used. No lee player is gonna ever win. Lee is a garbage tier character that becomes average with a TON of execution. Armor king now can pull of easy 80 damage combos. 90+ at the wall. Other characters as well. Lee is lucky to get 80 at the wall by chaining b2s and mist step into ws 2,4. His stance is the weakest of them all, his wall bounce might not even exist honestly (hell the entire move itself should be removed cuz its shit), his CH moves are as good as any average CH moves and are nothing amazing, he relies on pokes but has no pressure and his pokes leave him almost always at a frame disadvantage, no low launchers, no string launchers, no frame traps etc.... Im not surprised he was #2 least used after the bears in s1 and #5 in s2 (he went up only because some people hyped him up way too much just for the CH d3 being a launcher with frame perfect execution. *cough* mainmanswe *cough*....). I used to be lee main and still use him the most by a lot but i wouldnt give a single fuck if he wasnt in tekken 8. Its a torture to use him for a small reward. Not worth it. Its just frustrating.

@@kato093 What are you on about, Lee has one of best CH toolsets in the game with an i11 4, b4 which is only inferior to Jins f4 as a safe keepout mid, d3 launch which is amazing not a super hard pickup with practice, also have ff4 and f43. Lees dmg output is perfectly fine especially on CH and gets easy 90 with walls, HMS is a great defensive stance with many transitions and options to make ppl respect you. His main pokes (df1, 3, df4, db3, db3+4, 1,2 and 21) all give frame advantage on hit. Everyone has frame traps and who gives a fuck about low launchers when you have an unseeable slide and he has f33334 string launcher that's one of the best launch punishers in the game. Lee is easily Top 15 maybe Top 10 in S2 and definitely better than Armor King you just clearly never learned him if you think he's garbage tier or low reward

@@Sync416 lol ive been using him since tekken 2. Ive never played tekken more than just casually until tekken 6.in t7 lee is not even close to the vast majority of the cast. And he is the worst character in the game online with lag, hands down, no contest whatsoever.his HMS is trash: you can beat it everytime with a dickjab or low kick while crouching. Ive never seen anyone pick up a CH d3 but imyourfather on a 5bar connection. Your problem is that you are comparing him to no one. Katarina for example cant do what he does with more damage and combos that can be done with your dick and twice the pressure and frame traps. He doesnt even have a good CH string to mix up. Ive been playing other characters and going back to lee i feel so naked where i have to rely on opponents mistakes way more than any other character. Even his dumb shitty uf4 knee launcher is fkn trash! He lacks basic stuff dude. He got some of that in s2 but its bullshit for the execution. I just played a byakko yoshi and he kept crushing everything and CH launching with his sweep kick. Lee needs 5times the effort for less damage. I dont get why you defend lee. Is that some elitism bullshit or something? He is just not a good character. Dont you want lee to be good?

kato093 Knee considers Lee top tier, almost anyone with knowledge on Tekken will consider Lee at top tier, I get d3 pickups almost every time even on 3bars it’s not that hard, dickjab and crouch lows only beats hms if you transition from d3, f43 or 2,1, if you utilise frame traps or evasive transitions like 3,4 or df4,3 you can hms2 any dickjab attempts, used correctly hms can stuff most retaliation. Like I said Lee is easy Top 15 in every S2 tier list. He doesn’t need mixup strings because he’s a poking character so it’s not apart of his design. The only thing Lee lacks is pressure which is how he’s designed. Like I said you just don’t know Lee well if you think any of this, if you need help or more info on Lee just check out the Lee discord or the Lee channel on Tekken Zaibatsu discord where ppl can help you cause you clearly missed something when picking him up. (Divine Ruler Lee main for reference even though it’s not that high)
