I feel the number one thing about Maru that speaks to how good he is and the aura he wields compared to other terrans is how often he will literally have half the army supply of his opponent and they posture up for a fight and he is able to make them think they can't win and go home.

It's unbelievable the player skill we have today. I remember in WoL when matches were about maxing, then running your big ball into your opponent's big ball. Now these guys are fighting on so many fronts, even the casters can't keep up. Maru is playing out of his mind, and I don't know how he does it.

I will insist Nydus are by far the most broken and retarded unit concept of the whole game No race or unit whatsoever is able to put global pressure, appear in any place and not only allow to move units from 1 cornet to the other, but also allows you to make a quick escape and save all your units if you desire

26:03 why wouldn’t you target the ghost academy with that Nydus? Ghosts are strong against everything Zerg has I would have taken that out first.

1. Ghost academy is a 1.5 tier tech, cheap, doesnt take long to rebuild. 2. If ghosts are already queued in the barracks, losing the academy doesn't immediately stop the production, so killing the building has less effect. my opinion

I know I'm being a salty zerg player here, but it's kind of amazing how Dark was just ahead in workers for the entirety of game 1 and still never even really came close to winning that game. I know Maru is obviously godlike but just seemed like that game was still very one sided

@@tigera6 and I would say the only reason why Serral does not have a GSL it is because He does not live in Korea (For those who dont know u have to have lived in Korea for several months in order to participate in GSL)

I know living in KR is expensive and all, but for a chance to win 35k USD? I would do it if I were Serral. But I am not holding it against him though, its his choice.

I actually think Maru could’ve won game 5 if he committed to that drop. Obviously he couldn’t know how out of position Dark was, we have perfect vision hand hindsight’s advantage after all. Still, it’s a pretty cool example of how information can really screw with you and make you make wrong choices based on insufficient information.

The terrans benefit tremendously in terms of resources. Thanks to MULE, I spend less resources on SCV and only have 1 type of mechanic shield-up, so there is a lot of resource benefit Blizzard have to block the Battle Cruiser for 5 seconds from using the Yamato Cannon and Tactical Jump LIBERATOR & Ghost Sniper so OOOOOOPPPPPP. On the other hand, Protoss & Zerg need to invest more in ground and air defense upgrades respectively Even Zerg & Protoss' defense towers cannot recover resources, but Terran has another resource benefit with the bunker recovery function In terms of resources, Protoss & Zerg are at a huge disadvantage overall The zerg is still garbage INFESTOR skill Deleted but Ghost skill always non Deleted!!!!WTH! Zerg units are expensive to upgrade and take a long time to complete The tech building is also expensive, but you have to invest 50 more minerals called drones there and pay 50 minerals again to produce the lost drone Are the zerg a cheap tribe? Fukshieeeeet. Zerg most expensive and inefficient tribe Zerg adds minerals and gas when transforming units No race is more expensive than the Zerg One last thing on my mind. Terran Cyclone & Battle Cruiser can auto-attack Protoss Phoenix & Carrier can auto-attack Zerg have no such units Blizzard needs to patch these issues quickly nonono, please delete the zerg SC2 only requires Terran and Protoss Blizzard Always just trash balance thank you so much!

I was once a Zerg fan, but now I am starting to dislike them... they have an answer to everything!!! zerg now, is what protoss was in the early days- broken and cheap!!! it feels like you don't have to strategize anymore with zerg. Terran on the other hand, has to plan for everything, and that makes terran games fun to watch- especially if they win against the still OP protoss or the jack of all trades broken zerg!!!

@@notrather5514 for example, Siege tanks used to be effective, long range defense against anything on land. zerg then has Lurkers, a comparable unit to Siege tanks but you have to be careful when and where you hide them. now, zerg has that thing that spews magma at long range and has effective mid range attack- a better Siege tank, along with Lurkers!!! air superiority once belonged to Protoss and Terran, and while Zerg has air units then, they still have to use strategy to stand against the Battlecruiser or the Carrier. now Zerg has this thing it stole from the Matrix, those flying octopi? and well... It was and challenging to play Zerg back then because at first look, they are like underdogs, until you use strategy. now, Zerg is OP broken, McGyver swiss knife, jack of all trades, Grimace shake with everything in it. I find myself cheering for Terran now!!!

Medivacs are a thing because blizz thought they would go well together with reapers. Now that that is scrambled they still kept that really op thing in. Especially against zerg because they just fly in snipe the tech and move out. And you also forgot the reloading baneling that can shoot air and is invisable. We could go on and on. So stop the cap
