I like the pros and cons, especially when you mentioned staff are friendly but didn't seem genuine. I had a bad experience in Crimson Hotel....Not really bad. I was trying to check in but was on the wrong desk. The staff was just doing their phone, ignoring me when I inquire.

Is the Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC is standard as 5 star hotel or may mga grand hyatt na hindi din 5 star, just asking thanks

Grand Hyatts are 5star. Its higher level than Hyatt Regency Hotels. Some Grand Hyatts might be an older building or it's in a location where they cannot hire good staff so guests may consider them 4star 😊

Hi, for a standard room it's between 17-20k. The room in my video is a grand suite room which is 29k per night. The rate varies though, just check it online. Hope this helps 😊

Last year, the feel that we got from the staff was that they were there to protect the facility from the guests rather than facilitate the guests enjoyment of the hotel. Was there again just 2 months ago and they seem more genuinely friendly now. They have a new GM too so 🤷‍♀️
